A sweet, flavour-rich, cow milk cheese from Calabria. Made of the fresh milk, from cows grown free in the hilly region sorrounding the beautiful Lamezia Terme plain and facing the Mediterranean sea.

Made by a traditional artisanal facility managed by a family-operated business, it’s flavour recalls the smells of Calabria air.
